do i cut off the skin? what kind of things can i do 4 my party guests?

serve it with crackers and cheese...oh wait you have been told that a few hundred times already...how about on superbowl day you get some frozen perogies and cook the perogies withthe sausage and of course you cant forget the onion and instead of crackers meat and cheese give your friends something that will soak up the beer before they drive home

I have done this a time or two with my summer sausage. Cut them up in thin 1/4 inch slices and arange them in a circle on a good size plate. Then get some cheeses and put them in the middle and put some crackers out too... like ritz crackers. Make a nice dipping sauce for them to spread and let your guests make little sandwiches. I use golden brown mustard and mayo mixed together. It's a nice blend you should try. Throw it out on a table and let your guests go to town on em.

Cut it up in slices and then put it out with some crackers and some spicy mustard and smoked cheese! Can I be a guest at your party? I love that kind of stuff!!!!!

serve it at a super bowl party with cheese and crackers. Don't worry about the skin, it peels off easily after you slice it.

Slice it thin and serve with cheddar cheese wedges, "Wheat Thin" or "Ritz" crackers, and grapes. That's what I did on Christmas Eve. My guests loved it! Your guests will love it too! =)
