yeah i wanted to know..what are some of the things that adoptive parent(s) gain from adopting a child. i understand that the child benefits in the way that he/she now can call a place "home" and he/she now will have a family who cares and loves them, and will provide them food and clothing. but for the parent(s)....how do they benefit from adopting child?..or teenager?...or infant?...i guess how in general?
thank you.

Tiffany, Please understand that I do not mean this as an insult. But if you don't know and have to ask, it's probably best that you not adopt. People who wish to adopt children already know why they want to adopt. Often its because they have found that they cannot have children of their own but have a burning desire to love and nurture a child. It's not something that someone can tell you - it's just how you feel. And if you don't have that feeling, don't adopt.

Parenting is a very natural and normal ANIMAL INSTINCT. Humans are no different. When people cannot have children in the normal process they turn to Adoption as an alternate way to have children. Once you adopt a child you will feel very much the same for it as your Mom felt / feels for you.

I think for some people they can't have children so they turn to adoption, And everyone needs some to love and to feel love back and children just do that with no question asked. Some adults are just made to be good parents but life happens. I think that's one good benefit. Hope that helps.
