Ok, so when i was 17 (i'm 23 now) i was ripped. totally solid. 6-packed out the door, swam 2 hours a day, weight lifted 4 times a week hard. peak physical condition, and got the ladies (body AND confidence, a deadly mix wouldn't you say?)

anyway, i'm - a lot - heavier now, (though losing weight mind you, trying to get ripped again........well not ripped, that'll take a LONG time, but skinnier) but i have this whole image of not being attractive to the opposite sex until i achieve my previous look. i had all this confidence when i was "hot" and now, it just seems the confidence is totally gone and i can't seem to get myself happy, i have this image of what I USED to look like, and can only seem to think "when i get back to looking like that, THEN the ladies will like me"............what is the cure to this problem? without paying 120 an hour, i mean.

The concept of people liking you as you are comes into play here. Muscular guys who attract women are just hanging with girls that like your looks--sort of like men with the busty blonde girls. I am heavy and have no problems with women---because I am respectful, polite, a good talker and listener, smiling, humorous, and exude integrity and dignity. At 59, I am a firefighter who plays the field--plenty of dates with women who like to laugh, have fun, drive around ,make love, talk about stuff, see movies and all of that fun stuff--Lifters are sort of self centered obsessive compulsives with control issues---that's what the girls at work just told me---they want men who are worldly and fun. So just go out and forget the flexing stances--have fun and be proud of who you are--stand tall and smile. Good luck.

You are being really hard on yourself. You may be heavier and not like your looks, but that is no reason to lose your self confidence. You are still the person within. Do your best to improve your appearance, but that is not the most important thing in the world. Give of yourself and be a true and loyal friend to people and do good things for others and yourself. Good luck

What do you imagine if he's a guy? Hmm.... For me and in my evaluations besides as what I have talked about in our college, he's a gay. I have a gay classmate and each and every time our professor finishes his lesson, he continuously takes his purple reflect and commence combing his hair. they have an inclination to be better beautiful than females. What do you imagine if she is a woman? those females understand a thanks to take solid care of themselves. authentic attractiveness exists once you understand how save attractiveness. as well to, they prefer to attraction different adult adult males - and that i'm a sufferer of it! hence: for this reason, those who're very a lot into their self image are very worried to thrill others.

Easy....Nevermind what the ladies think, only the men.
Think of worse things that you could be burdened with.
Count your blessings, dear. and change your diet post haste.
