No sad story here but I feel like I have lost sense of myself, married, 2 kids, hubby in Iraq...And all I want is to go away, escape, tired of the same routine. Should I pack and leave until my hubby come back? I have no family here...No friends...Just tired living in a small town...
Not asking for an answer because it is up to me, but I feel my hands are tied, I told him I could handle it, but it is really taking a toll on me ( 4 y.o and 7m.o)
Anyone been there and done that?

Please get in touch with your spouse support group. If you don't know where to find it, look online for military suport groups.

I never wanted to go to wives' meetings, but always felt better after I made myself go to one.

If you are not leaving your hubby and just want to get away for awhile, that's no problem. You are standing by your man and that is noble. There's no rule that says you have to stand by him at the very point he left. As long as you are there when he returns, that's all that matters. Just be careful of the bill situation. Make sure he doesn't come home to a headache.

You need to do what's best for you.
