It is highly doubtful that there is any one person on the planet that doesn't love someone. Therefore love is everywhere. Unfortunately selfishness is everywhere also. When you think about it, most wars are because someone, somewhere along the line was selfish. They either started the war or made someone mad enough to attack. My wants or needs are better than yours, or my religion, or my nation, etc.
For world peace you would have to convince people to be selfless. A decent ad campaign could probably sell the idea to most people.

Get killed by those who disagree. I'm not trying to make light of the question - Neitzsche argued that it is better to disarm and die for the cause of peace than to live in fear. And that would be the result.
