If it's in a specific spot go to the doc. Or even if ur really worried, just go. But, I used to have the same problems... but that was when I ate unhealthy, so it could be gas, or something you ate, or your body is telling you to stay away from something it can't handle... Just try to drink alotta fluids.

First and foremost, go to your doctor.

What you might have is a sensitivity to gas in your belly. Gas-X rocks my socks for taking care of that pain.

I felt pretty much what you are feeling off and on for about three years until it suddenly went away. My doctors thought I was having problems with my thyroid, or that I had an ulcer, or that I would get anxious and my belly would respond, or that just had plain ol' indigestion.

My remedy would be to cut out caffeinated drinks for a while, and cut back on greasy foods. When you're eating and you feel like this, try taking very small bites of what you're eating or just eat small pieces of bread. It sometimes helped me to pass the nausea.

Good luck.

Greasy or high fat food and acidic food like citrus juices, carbonated drinks should be avoided. A tablespoon of coriander seeds is a natural home remedy for stomach aches, to be eaten after meals. More home remedies for stomach ache at http://www.aches.in/homeremediesstomachache.html

You are most probably suffering from Colic. The mild pain and fullness is caused by gas build up. It should go off in a few days if you are eating properly. If you still feel discomfort, there are quite a few off the counter medication for wind relief.

It could be an ulcer if you've had this for days, months etc... It could be a small virus... Do you have diarrhea? Do you have a cold? Nasal drip can make you sick.

Lots of things can do this.. Tell your parents and get medical help, (see a doctor.) They might prescribe something like RIOPAN or MYLENTA aka (Milk of magnesia), or something even stronger.

You might have a little stomach bug. I usually feel constantly "full" when I get sick, almost like I have a ball of cement in my belly. Awful feeling but usually goes away in 24 hours. Ask your parents what they think and be sure to ask them to take you to the doc if it gets worse. Feel better soon!

Read the book: you're not sick, you're thirsty. It really helps when you drink water. Preferably 8 glasses of water per day. I drink 2 gallons and it has helped with everything from my hair to my joints.
