A Teddy Bear Picnic. Each person attending brings a teddy bear and their favorite lunch. Drive to a nice beach, field, wooded area that you enjoy, spread out a blanket and have your teddy bear picnic. There is a kid's song called "The Teddy Bear Picnic." Perhaps you can google it and order a copy on line to play on the way in the car, and at the picnic.

My son is now 17, 5'11', 200 lbs, and a real "tough guy" who has wonderful memories of the teddy bear picnics we had when he was little.

Google either 'teddy bear picnic, or 'If you go down to the woods today'. I guarantee you'll find it.
