No. As good and evil are relative, and often arbitrary and ambigious you would need to elaborate. I can answer in the negative because the authors of good and evil are human beings. Good and evil are constructs of human civilation, their meaning changes over time. Even the purpose of good and evil changes over time. However, there is evidence for a "lowest common denominator" for the foundations of good and evil.

I suggest a book, Ethics, by Deitrich Bonhoeffer. He is a christian who was held by the nazis. The book was smuggled from a concentration camp. Bonhoeffer's treatment if the problem of good and evil is rather enlightening. I hope you take the time to read it.
