That can't be a serious question. It's a city, not a whole lot different from any other. Hollywood has never been known to attract the smartest people thus, it can't be a location where smart people reproduce, therefore making their prodigy "from" Hollywood the smartest. Now if you asked if people from Hollywood are the most artistic, that could make more sense. Hollywood has many artistic locals.

Well, there were a few of the bright ones and there are of course people in Hollywood that are just as stupid as you'd like them to be. So the answers is 20% smart and 80% stupid.
Although... that is were the most beautiful people are.

Hell no...not the SMARTEST?!! The cost of living is so friggin' high! It'd be stupid to live there! If you mean fame wise,...it's not smart actually to delve into a world so surface and superficial...it's easy to miss seeing the BIG picture which is a picture that doesn't involve money. If it did, we'd be allowed to at least take our debit card with us when we die!

Why?! Because they are rich and famous, that makes them smart? Money and fame doesn't mean you have smarts. Most of them think they're smart because they're wealthy and live in the public eye, but in all reality, most everyday-average-joes have more brains than those who are rich and famous.
