I m having a affair from since 1yrs now we looking forward to get married but we have a problem that our horoscope is not matching nd his family don't want us to get marry.

The working of horoscope have changed since ages. Stars and planest sure do have some imapct on our lives. The environment we are into too has an impact on our lives.
In those early days, horoscope of a person was made when he was born and they were suggested some guidelines to raise the child. So when horoscopes of two different person were compared, those experts could analyze who well the co-ordination between them would be.
But now a days, horoscopes are just for the name sake. In fact very few of those people predicting the horoscope realize the imortance of it. Nor do they have enough knowledge as our ancesters had. These calculations these days are not much effective. Although I've seen people rise once they start following the suggestions imparted by the Kundali's but not upto the mark. Perhaps because of the lack of knowledge of the person creating and interpreting it.
If you love someone and are sure that you can carry on throughout our life with him, there's no need for matching horoscopes as you guys best understand how well can you co-ordinate with each other.

No to match horoscope is not compulsory. If a patient is consulting a doctor, it is not necessary to have a conversation with the doctor. If an artist is going to draw a picture, it is not necessary for him to have any idea in mind and he need not have the use of eye. A biting dog does not need teeth. Horoscope is a way of finding out the match - When you get 2 + 3 is 5 - how can you test what has to join with 2 to make it 5. Don't care. Our ancestors had no other device to find out the match. Today we can test the blood for +ive or -ive. etc., The human body is controlled by all the molecules of the Universe, thus the hormons are formed in our blood. - believe it or not. However, there are horoscopists who prescribe good medicines like many doctors do with their own clinic to get an earning.

Tough decision. I believe in horoscopes but not predictions. As "harvsterh" said that if it is predicted that LEO will earn money then not necessary all LEO will earn. That's right. Astrology is not just about predictions.
And most of the astrologers who are not qualified are responsible for ruining lives.
Astrology is a science and to make calculations using this science one needs to have proper education on it. So go to a qualified astrologer who has a degree in this subject. Ask him/her from advice and then it is upto you to decide.
After all, it is your life. So whatever decision you take, life after that is yuor responsibility.

Not necessarily but for satisfaction of the parents no harm in doing that, because marriages are settled in heaven as the proverb goes, so it will match. Its wise to match the medical factors rather than the horoscope.

It depends on your culture, and your beliefs. My fiance's family is from Thailand, where they believe such things, and we are having our wedding date on the "lucky" day. I don't really believe in that, but I am doing it in respect for their culture.
As for horoscopes, my fiance is a "dragon" and I am a "tiger," both extremely powerful creatures that don't do the best together, yet we have been together for 5 years, and just work through things. Your horoscope is not all defining, it's just makes it easier to know what you both need to work on, or work through.
