I whant to buy a kit an instal them in my car but i need it to have a remote and a switch to turn on and off, i guess most kits have them but where can i find them and have them instaled if its a complicated project? If in escnodido CA, it would be even better

Hopefully you'll never find them.
I can't see why anyone in their right mind (or left mind for that matter) would want neon anywhere near their vehicle or all the unwated attention from the cops that it brings.
But to each his own. I'd personally spend the money on something that will pay for itself in the long run.
