Woman in her mid forties. She has been losing hair, only has one third of what she used to have last year.Yes, she is under some stress. not on any medication. But really worried to lose some more.Could that be menopausal hair loss??She has been in Japan for 2 years, she has also noticed that Japanese women lose hair too. Any help, please.

She should get her thyroid level checked. It could be endocrinal. Check her diet also. Maybe there's a certain type of food or vitamin that she's missing.

Drink an 8 oz. glass of water mixed with apple cider vinegar 2 times a day. It really works. I am 50 but look half my age due to this tonic. Makes nails grow too. Look on the websites about how it helps if you have high blood pressure and really helps if you want to lose weight. I eat candy, cakes, cookies and all sorts of fried food, but still have my figure. It also helps with arthritis. Your hair will grow back long and lush. For just a few pennies a day you will be amazed at how ACV really works. Over 93 vitamins and minerals. I threw away my multivitamin.

Hi ba!!!

You should go to the doctor, hair loss, is one of the very first things, when a person has a serious illness. Please, I'm sorry I don't want to scare you but, if you or any one you know is in this situation, they should go to the doctor.

A complete medical exam, should be in place. Some other major health problem could be under all this.

GOOD LUCK, GOD BLESS YOU & HAPPY LIFE

A.Z.

You should get it checked out by a doctor first to make sure it is not caused by a medical problem. If there is no medical problem, then I have read that products such as Rogaine which are intended for male pattern baldness work even better on females who are experiencing alopecia (hairloss not due to a medical problem).
