That sentence is not correct, in Italian; "ti voglio molto più bene" means "I love you more (than)"; yet it's not a complete sentence; "ti voglio molto più bene di prima" (or "ti voglio bene molto più di prima") = "I love you way more than before", for instance.
"voglio molto più bene" = "I love way more (than)", still, not a full sentence; "voglio molto più bene a te che a lui" = "I love you way more than him", for instance.
