had a dream about this girl i was so in love with and her with me as well...never got to hook up cause of timing...i let it go...we still ask about each other through a mutual friend...she now has a man who gave her a ring not engaged or anything...but i had a dream about her and she said something about the ring in the dream but she told me in the dream to try not to persuade her to leave him... i woke up at this point but i so wanted to tell her how i truly still feel about her...so should i talk to her about my true feelings and the dream or should i just let it go knowing she still thinks about me????

dreaming about your ex-romance does not predict future involvement. It may be wish-fulfillment, reliving memories, or working out old issues.

Sounds like a case of Sexual Karma.

You two were likely lovers in a past life and when you met this time, the sparks flew again. Take a big hint from the dream and the way the Universe did not arrange for you two to be together again in this life. Think of her as a favorite song or a beautiful painting in a museum.
You can't own it but you can enjoy admiring it from a distance.

There ARE no accidents. If you were supposed to be together, it would have happened.

If you think you have any desire to tell her your true feelings, you better do it soon. If you don't, she'll end up with the other guy and you'll wish you said something. If you do, there's a chance she'll still end up with him anyways, but at least you tried. I think it's worth a shot though, if you think you have something.
