I am dating a guy who been divorced for three years now and I know he sexually attracted to me but yet he turns down having sex with me. He told me I am not emotionally ready for it. What is he trying to tell me? How would he know if i'm ready or not? Shouldn't it be my decision? When a guy turns down sex does it mean he really wants to be with you emotionally and not just for the sex.

The laws & court system are against fathers and you lose your children. Many women then turn the children against the fathers. Family & relatives treat you like a loser. Many stop calling or inviting you to get togethers. It's total alienation except if you have lots of money.

All the neighborhood women go against you, so you lose all your married friends from the neighborhood.

Even the teachers & school administrators pretend to be "delighted to hear from the father," but the sooner they dump you the happier they are. Trust me, they won't call you; they will just zap your five year old son with an electric cattle prod.

The energy divorce takes out of a caring, sensitive good father (the types women SAY they want) sends many men to commit suicide.
But you won't see that on tv or read it in the newspapers. Your girlfriends will REFUSE to talk about it. It's not Politically Correct. They might say something like "where have all the guys gone?"

Men must bend to the Politically Correct world of Women. This world is created for and maintained by women. If women were to bend to the man's world, we would still be living in caves.

First of all, how old are you? Yes it's unusual for a man to turn down sex. He's either a great guy who got hurt. Or he has other problems. Women have no clue about Man's world. It's too harsh, the social codes for keeping silent stricly enforced or he's called a "p*ssy."

Well a lot of us are dead, buried six feet under.
The media and Politically Correct call divorced men losers. So who's left? Plastic people.
There are six, seven billion people in the world,
roughly half of them men. How can you judge men from one person?

Oh and I forgot, society (mostly women) tell divorced guys "shut the f*ck up, we don't want to hear what happened to you with your marriage." So guys are silent today.

A lot of men have sworn off women. Others have just sworn off getting married or living with a woman. Trust me, ex-wives can be 1,000xs meaner than a man's worse male enemy.

Ask some divorced men, they will tell you. Pretty soon you will see a pattern; women upgrade with a new man 10xs more than guys cheat on a woman. Oh that's not politically correct...I forgot, women are perfect.

Another crazy thing is women will support a bad mother (drug addicted, child abuser) over a good father. Watch in the news, when a guy dies, none of the women talk about it. But heaven forbid a woman dies...all the women talk about it.

He's probably looking for a long term relationship and his being recently divorced there are a lot of emotional baggage that comes along with it. Someone who may not have experienced divorced or "feel" it like he did may not be prepared for what can come of the relationship once it's going full force. Good Luck and give him time.

Wow this is a first! He is either a really nice guy who wants to make sure that the first time is really right and it is the right time or he is gay. Hopefully it is the first one.
