Educate the illiterate women. Provide them free education, food, clothing and an avocation(job), while studying. Everything else will fall in place.

Many ways:
1. Adopt or sponser atleast one child who cannot afford education. Be it a child in an orphanage or a child of your maid or servant.
2. Work for NGOs and help educate people/children
3. Become a teacher and educate people with basic knowledge/language.

Who cares? I only care about the immigrants who come to America and don't speak English! Now that pisses me off. If they want to come here...LEARN THE LANGUAGE! They would expect the same form us if it was the other way around.
