Which Beauty Products or Cosmetic Brand is cheaper in these 2 countries as compared to Singapore?

I heard that japanese products could be cheaper, brands like Fancl & Kose, but don't know how true this is.

you should try boscia (japanese brand) its very good, not too expensive either, if you email them, they will send you tons of free samples, no need to pay for shipping. the company that owns boscia is fancl.

none, singapore is the cheapest...
but hongkong is cheaper than tokyo
