O.K., there are LOTS of freezer options, just look in your grocers freezer section.... but think about tortillas ....put one on a plate, add cheese some cut up chicken or salmon and salsa over all........nuke for 1-2 minutes depending on your micro.
You can also spread butter thinly on a tortilla put honey over that and cinnamon. Put under the broiler (watch carefully.it cooks fast) then you have a great dessert! Acan of refried beans and again salsa mixed in is great for a quick snack too. Add a bit of cheese for more protein and vary the flavor with sauces......from purchased guacamole, hot sauce sour cream etc. The possibilities are endless and quicker than frozen entrees.

There is a vast variety of frozen and canned foods that should keep you in good supply. Besides TV dinners, there's all kinds of things from pizza rolls and hot pockets, to pot pies, chicken wings or tenders, all microwaveable...
just check the labels. In cans, there's soups, pastas, beans and franks. You can always buy hot dogs and buns and put the hots on the buns, and freeze 1 or 2 in plastic bags and store in the freezer. Also, if you aren't a really long ways from home, you might want to bring some homemade foods back to store in your freezer.

There are a lot of frozen foods that are cheap and easy. Mac and Cheese, chili mac, and all kinds of stuff like that are good and easy. Get a crackpot and use that. I am no longer able to cook so I have a helper to cook for me. She loves the crock pot and there are gobs of recipes for crock pots. There are recipes for single servings. Go to Goggle Search and type in "easy free recipes." I have recipes sent every week. Have you tried those mashed potatoes that are already mashed? They are so good. My grandson will eat a whole container if I would let him. Yum.

I would say learn to cook a little its not that hard. Whip up some spagetti, it's easy. Frozen pizza, Frozen Veggies, Bertolli Pasta's. Those are some good choices. Cold cereal is always nice.

Lean Quisine, and Healthy Choice make some very nice frozen meals. I also love Amy's Organic lasagna.
If you have a Trader Joe's near you, then have a number of different frozen items you might enjoy..........Spinach and Artichoke dip with crackers, healthy potpies, and a number of in the bag frozen meals (pasta, potatoes, etc).

Buy some of ready to eat soups (Campbell's, Primo, Knorr) and make a grilled cheese sandwich or quick tossed salad to go with it. Even some crackers with Philly cream cheese with soup is good. Or how about frozen pizza, lasagna, Shepard's pie, and so on.
