Its not the fuel pump or filter. is there away to check or troubleshoot the electronics before I go through all the work of pulling the injectors? (Without paying for diagnostics at shop) It does not have
electronic ignition coil. It has a distributer and it is getting spark. also has good pressure in fuel line. feed and return.Could it be a chip or a censor ?

When you checked the filter, was there debris in it? Have you bought gas at a station that is not the usual supplier for you? Does the van start? Does it just run rough or does it stall? Have you pulled any spark plugs out to see if there is gas getting to the cylinders (that should only be done with the ignition disabled, to prevent spark)?
I suspect that you have a different problem than the injectors but it's too difficult to tell without more information.

I've had problems with bad gas lately- a lot of water in my gas tank.If you think it's the injectors use a cleaner and fill up with a brand name company instead of buying the cheap stuff.Checking the injectors should be easy, you just loosen them one at a time till you notice a difference that will isolate which one is bad. This is as far as I can go without knowing more details. Do the inexpensive things first it's just part of your normal maintenance.

did you run a can of injector cleaner through it? attach it to the fuel rail and run it till it runs out :)

Would be nice to know the year, engine, and SYMPTOMS of the problem. However, to answer your question......sure, they could be clogged.
