No, there is no flag atop La Tour Eiffel.
The tower has a massive broadcast transmission tower erected on top of its original top. There is no place for a flag. My friend is in charge of Finance at France Telecom who rents space on that big thing. The winds up there are intense, forget about a flag!

no, there is no flag atop of the eiffel tower. In some pictures it looks like that but really it only has a point at the top... kinda like to CN Tower!

yes there is, its at the very end but its kind of slanted. it leans over towod the front, its frances country flag.

I dont know that but , I know that it expands in the summer and contracts in the winter(Days and Nights) aswell in height
