Kickboxing will help you gain muscle, which will up your metabolism, and in turn help you lose weight. You also want to eat healthy as well. Just don't become obsessed with it. You are only 16 and still have growing to do.

As for height, your genes determine that, not kickboxing. Sorry to say. I'm 5'3. I wish there was a way ... :)

If u enjoy kicking continue with it but u can loosed tummy weight w/o it also if u Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

u can't only lose weight on your thighs and tummy...there is no such thing as spot reduction. The fat will come off from whereever it wants to. We also can't tell how much you will lose in two weeks because 1. we don't know how your information, 2. we don't know your body type, and 3. you could be eating **** foods.

The most important thing about losing fat is what you eat. You could be losing weight, but you won't be losing fat and could end up with even higher body fat and become a skinny fat person...

That all depends on what you eat and how hard you train.2wks will be mostly water you lose.Your age your changing. If your already working out.I would do at least 2hrs.I fought as a pro and my training was lot more.Depends how far you want to go with kick-boxing.Yes the training will help lose weight.Your areas you can target to reduce size. When you get in shape your posture will be better giving you very little height.any questions just ask.

I don't think kick boxing is going to make you any taller..wait, I'm sure that it won't make you any taller. Don't overdue yourself so that your basically exhausted in your workouts. Do twenty minutes the first time, then increase it by one minute each day and then start all over again (but this time start with 21) and do it over again and then start with 22...ect
