you might be havin an anxiety attack, or a host of other things, drink water and take an aspirin....your anxiety attack will subside if thats what it is, but the aspirin is good anyways especially for a heart attack , it thins your blood..dont worry i've had anxiety attacks for a while relax they will eventually subside, go to er if symptoms no not go away..

You could be having a panic attack--I know being unable to swallow is one of the first symptoms to appear with myself. Then my arms do feel heavy, and achy...It was really bad when I ran out of my med for panic attacks.

If you start hurting more, get to the ER--hopefully it's nothing worse, but better safe than sorry.

Call your doctor or after hour clinic and talk to the nurse, if it gets bad, like panic and you really cannot swallow or if your arms are swelling call 911!!!

Do call after hours doctor office.
Call an Urgent care and tell them your symptoms.

Could be anything from heartburn to retaining water to
heat attack, or stroke!!!

don't know your medical history or age!
Call a family member or friend and have them come be with you!
Tell someone and get help!

Be safe!! Good luck!
Call the Doctor, get some real medical advice, if it's serious get off answers and onto 911!!
