You can try Crest Whitestrips to see if u like the results. Dentist whitening is pricey. Depending on how yellow ur teeth are, it may take more than 1 session. I did mines in 1 and they had a special price of $399 per session, in CA. Reg can cost $500-$1000+. I would try the Crest first to see if I like it. Sometimes ppl like how home whitening is since it is very effective and easy. It'll only whiten real teeth though. No, u don't have to fix the cavities before using them. But doing a reg checkup is a good idea. Whether u whiten or not. I also heard brushing with baking soda and peroxide works but I haven't tried it. Good luck!

Your dentist can recommend what is referred to as a chair-side treatment, which is an expensive but effective way to have your teeth professionally bleached. This "power bleach" requires one sitting at the dentist's office and lasts from 30 to 120 minutes (depending on the technique), and comes with a hefty price tag (from $390 - $1,200

Firstly you should see your dentist.

Secondly, you might be having an issue with fluoride in your teeth. My friend had this problem for most of her life. Fluoride can actually stain your teeth even though it is healthy for them. Only your dentist can tell you what you need to do to get rid of these stains.

If it is not a fluoride issue, then try Crest Whitestrips they work really well.

This comes with age and the way to whiten them is to either try the crest white strips or go in and have your dentist whiten them. Veneers is another option that can be done at the dentists office.

For me, strengthening my teeth is important than whitening it. Yes, my teeth are a bit yellowish, but i am proud to say that i never encountered any tooth decay in my life.

But if you really want to whiten your teeth, don't just believe in the commercials (the models there have white teeth IN THE FIRST PLACE). Better consult your local dentist for safe products that can whiten your teeth.

Do you drink coffee or tea? Lots of things can stain teeth. They can do a 1-hour whitening procedure now using ultraviolet light (I think it's ultraviolet, I'm not totally sure, but if that's not right I know I'm close). I'll find a link for you. Here ya go...

I've had good luck with the whitening strips. Target and Walmart have generic brands that are quite a bit cheaper than Crest, but they work just as well.
