Melanoma is a cancerous mole. While it can appear anywhere on the human body it is more frequently see on the legs of females and the torso of the male.
Melanomas metastasize quite rapidly to other parts of the body so early diagnosis is essential.

Melanin is the pigment in your skin. Melanoma is a cancer of that.
Its a cancer in your nose... maybe just a tumor, not necessarily cancerous unless its malignant.
