You have to make your hair follicles healthier (the root) Try drinking green tea, eating salmon and lots of spinach. (blah, I hate spinach) anyways if your roots are healthy then it'll grow at a healthier rate and be shiny and stuff, also massage your head with wheatgerm oil, it's really good for your scalp. Hope this stuff works! ^_~

P.S. If you eat and drink healthy stuff your nails and skin will look really good too ~ o_o

Drink 8 oz. of Cucumber/Carrot Juice a day. Makes your nails grow too and they'll be stronger. It won't make hair grow in places you don't have it already, i.e. if you're balding, but if you just want it longer that actually does help it grow faster. Little tip though, don't bother trying carrot juice from a can, it's absolutely disgusting. Use a juicer or get it from a juice bar, as long as it's fresh. This actually does work, I started drinking it for other health benefits and noticed I was having to get my hair cut and trim my nails a lot more often, plus my skin was healthier. You probably won't notice until you've been doing it for at least a month though.

You can get your hair to grow faster if you are going to dedicate yourself to taking good care of it. First try to use less heat on your hair this tends to dry your hair out and cause breakage. Clip your ends at least every 2 weeks to avoid split ends and keep your hair conditioned well. This should help your hair to grow faster.

Get in the habit of first take the time daily to bend over at the
waist and brush your hair forward for about 2 to 3 minutes. Starting from your neck forward to the top of your forhead, this helps the blood circulation to surface on your scalp resulting in shinny and faster growing hair. It works for me!

The reason hair seems to grow slow is because it breaks off. Find a shampoo and conditioner that strengthen it. The less it breaks the more it will grow.
I know I did it and now my hair is below my but.
