How can I tell if I am alerget to body spray? I get bad headches when I am around some one that has a lot of body spry on if I am alrget to it what can I do when I am in a room with people that has a lot of body spry on?

I'm a nurse not a doctor but you are probally just really sensitive around strong smells its not nessecarily an allergy just a reaction. It happens to lots of people. I even get headaches when someone sprays to much perfume. just try not to be close to someone when they spray it.

Some people have allergies to perfumes and do get headaches. Antihistamines could lessen your symptoms. Not much you can do like if you're at work, except let people you're around much know that this occurs, and hopefully they'll make an effort to be more considerate of your problem.
If you haven't seen an allergist, you really should be tested, because a person is not likely to be allergic to just one thing. If you can identify the things you're allergic to and can avoid many of them, possibly the perfume problem will not be as strong? Good luck with it.

There is not much you can do. Perfumes and other such scents are a big known trigger of migraines. Your best bet is to stay away from areas that have lots of people with strong perfumes on. Move to an area that is less crowded with people and if you feel a migraine coming on take you medication right away and leave.

you cant really do alot because you are probaly eleric and it bad to be around ask your friends or the people to not spray as much and you will be ok
