I want to gain more muscle what do I need to do or what do I need to eat so that I will gain it faster without getting fat?

Train with wieghts, be sure to stretch.
Have a trainer and nutritionist!!

Eat lean foods, high protein, healthy whole grain carbs.

Eat 3 meals a day, and 2 snacks.

NO fast food
NO soda pops
NO sugar
NO fried food
NO italian food
NO fats!
No Animal fat/Lard
No Ice cream
NO pizza
NO Alcoholic beverages!
Do not eat or drink after 7 pm

Do use Oilive oil-- you need a t. with each lean meal.
it's a good healthy fat.
Eat skin free chicken
Fish for Omega's
1%milk on your oatmeal every day same breakfast
Nonfat milk all other times.
EAT only grains that are 100% wheat
6-8 fruits or veggys a day
Eat Egg whites, toss the yolks. the white has all the protien 10 calories, the yolk has the fat, and 70 calories.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

It really depends on your body type. Some can gain muscle easily without gaining fat but some can't. One suggestion would be to keep your diet clean as possible. You do know that to gain weight, you would have to eat above your maintenance calories. Make sure all these foods are clean. A good website to check out would be www.bodybuilding.com go into their supersite and check out their articles and forums. There's tons of helpful info.

Impossible to "gain" more muscle. You are born with all your muscle tissue. However, you can make the cells bigger through exercise. Protein will NOT give you more muscle mass. It will, however, repair damaged muscle. Carbohydrates provide energy.

So start lifting some weights, eat well, and do some aerobic exercise too.
