Lots of work to do tonight, and I'll be getting at least 3 fewer hours of sleep than I normally do, and really need to function during the busy day tomorrow. Is there something I can do before I go to bed etc. that will help me make up for lost sleep?

Sleeping pills may help if you really cant sleep, but if you want a really good night sleep simply make sure you go to the restroom before you go to bed, have a LIGHT snack. And water near you re bed always helps so you don't have to get up. But the best advice I can give you is lighten up you're schedule so you can get more sleep.

I don't know why, but two aspirins before sleep sure helps my sister get more good from the sleep she gets!
