Believe it or not your "boyfriend" is treating you like a women. He is respecting your space and getting to know you as his girlfriend. You two are quite young and kissing should be the least of your problems. Some guys are real jerks but your guy actually has a brain. There will be plenty of time for kissing in the future. In the mean time get to know your boyfriend a bit more. You might be getting tired of waiting for that kiss but please remember a kiss means nothing if his heart and yours is in the wrong place. He's 13. He's probably shy & self-conscious just like every other junior higher in the world. He's not ready to kiss you. Accept it or go find another boy that is comfortable with that. If you cared for him you'd be understanding, but it's apparent in your post that you don't. He has the respect for you not to try & jump into things but you don't have that for him. He obviously doesn't have alot of self-confidence. Try to ease him into an intimate situation and don't be too aggresive. Try doing things that you know he thinks are attractive. maybe he's just nervous. some guys at our age (im almost 14) just haven't matured yet. he'll get used to it after a while, but for now, you might be the one having to make the first move. you're already together so don't hesitate because you already know he likes you.
