First of all, why would you do anything for her? You're too young for that. But if you want to tell her how much you care for her and how willing you are to please her, just tell her.

That depends on what kind of situation she is in. I just got out of an emotionally controlling relationship. My (now) boyfriend was great friend and great listener through all of it. He never told me how he felt until I had left the relationship. We are now best friends and so much more. Had he come on too strong too soon it probably would have freaked me out and who knows what would have happened.
My best advice....be a friend and let the rest happen as it will.
