left side below or around your belly button? try pushing in gently on the spot, if it hurts badly GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW, could be apendecitis. THIS CAN BE DANGEROUS!

GO to your doctor for sure. You might have mono. Appendicitis will usually hurt on the right side of your stomach.. the left side is closer to the spleen which can grow up to three times its normal size when you have mono, and it is also close to your liver.
Any way around it you need to see your doctor.
and you might want to get your space button fixed. Sorry.
