absolutely NOT on any of those things. Very unprofessional. Besides being a bad example to students (I'm assuming high school or middle school?) it's just not attire that would be professional in any line of work.

School staff and children shouldn't dress in a exposed way at all. They are there to learn and to teach not have thoughts that have to do with sex ed 7 days a week. School staff has to set an example and students need tough rules on what they can wear. Uniforms should be worn in every school - maybe kids would graduate instead of getting knocked up becuase of a g string sticking out of a girls pants.

I think the answer will somewhat depend on the age
of the students, no?

If the students are in the throws of puberty, wearing
provocative clothing will, at the very least, disrupt the
learning process.

There is no evidence whatsoever that a teenage
boy learns better staring into his teacher's cleavage
than at the blackboard.

Culturally, provocative clothing ... provocates. There
are places to provoke, and there are places not to provoke.
The classroom is a bad place to provoke.

No, this does not justify bad behavior on the part of
someone because of someone else's provocative
clothing - but we're not talking about rape, here, are we?

We're talking about failure to learn - and yes, that is
teacher's fault.

NO! It is very unprofessional and sets a bad example. If possible try to get pictures of the teachers dressed like that and attend the next school board meeting. These teachers should know better.

I think that is an absolute shame if any teacher does that and exposes their body parts to their students especially teenagers and pre-teens when they have hormones kicking in and stuff. It is very inappropriate and a disgrace. If the kids to that then the parents or guardian need to talk to them about their personal clothing appearance and what's too slutty or too revealing or too low.? Bottom line is if a teacher exposes theirselves like this they need to be fired, if a student does this they need to have clothes sent to them or to be sent home.

No i dont think they should, they are there to set a good example for young kids and the last thing they need is another influence wearing inapproiate stuff to school, and if the teacher is wearing it and the teacher could be cute the kids could get distracted. thats my personal oppinion but others could feel totally differen't. hope that helps a little.

No. A teacher should be the one person besides parents to set a good example. If teachers are wearing that sort of clothing, someone needs to talk to them and their superiors.

Absolutely not. This type of dress on female teachers is a daily distraction to male students - and will significantly reduce the student's ability to learn.

Teachers should dress conservatively in a manner that shows respect for themselves and the institution they represent. Children need mature role models they can respect.

What kind of school are your children attending! Any teacher that wears such an outfit would be suspended, or at least warned at any school. Inappopirate clothing is not professional and shouldnt be worn by authority figures!

NO way!!!!!!!!!!! If she was in NY she would lose her job. I would get some parents together and take this to the school board. It is wrong. We don't want or kids to wear these items to school. A teacher is suppose to set a good example.
