The guy I am dating for 6 month will be on business trip to another city in the states and would like me to join him for the trip and he paid for my airticket. It's nice of him to offer that but I just don't feel 100% comfortable, feeling that i owe him and should be nice to him. I have been so independent financially and never receive sth. like this before. so a bit panicing. What's your opionion? Should I pay for dinner on the trip

If he wants to see you, he'll buy your ticket. Take it. And don't pay for anything. If he comes to visit you. Pay for dinner.

If he has the money let him. It just sounds like he doesn't want to be away from you. Some guys want to pay for everything so let them. But you can do other things like if he says that he needs something or wants something then buy it for him before he has the chance but don't make a big deal out of it like " I was at the store so I picked this up for you" Don't give it like a gift. No wrapping. This is a way for you to give back financially to the relationship without hurting his ego..

I think you should go on the trip especially if he was kind enough to buy your ticket. To make it seem like you are not trying to take advantage of him offer to pay him back or buy dinner on the trip. It may make him like you more to know that you are not the type of woman to spend all of him money.

yes he just wants to be with you, let him buy the ticket if he truely insisted on it then he really wants to do this for you. Your going to have to get used the guys buying SOME things sooner or later. I understand how independent you are, i had to get used to it also and was the same exact way.
