We take some boneless skinles chicken and cut it up into strips. We then place it in a shallow baking dish. We then cover in some Italian dressing. As much as you want. Or just some vinegar and oil. We usually use the low fat dressing. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake @ 350* for 30 minutes. Then we take the cover off and bake for about 15 minutes more. This browns the dressing on the chicken and crisps it. Oooh laa laaa. Soo good. Then serve over a bed of salad greens. Enjoy!

I let chicken breasts sit in salsa all night in the fridge and then throw them on the grill - then serve with vegetarian refried beans and lots of pico de gallo. Yummy!
