Why do so many people want to be Donald Trump's apprentice?
Many of the applicants are already so successful, some already
making millions a year. So why the long interview? What do they get as an apprentice?

The salary for the apprenticeship year was $250K in the first season. The point isn't the money you make in the first year; it's to gain experience working with Trump and then go off and have a successful venture on your own. Trump says that that's what he's looking for in a candidate -- someone who can take the experience and do something even better with it.

The quality of candidates has gone down noticeably over the course of the five or six seasons. It's gotten to the point that people are coming on the show because they want their five minutes of fame, not because they particularly want to work for Trump. (Or the producers weed out the ones that are particularly interested because they think the other candidates make for better TV.)

I were questioning a similar on account that very last evening, yet i will't confirm it out. James lead the team from the front and carried it by skill of a few very puzzling classes. Stefani continuously stayed contained in the historic past, and that i actual not in any respect took word of her (or perhaps knew her call) till the perfect 3 weeks or so. don't understand why The Donald ought to decide on someone like her over a shown chief like James?
