People go abroad for one or more of these reasons:
1. For earning money
2. For a better life style
3. For higher standards of living
4. For more and better career opportunities, studies
5. To earn value in market and then return to India an join on higher position and salary.
However, at the same time when many people are settling abroad, many are returning back because they realise that they cannot get that respect in abroad which they get in India. Many people are returning because they can't adjust to the lifestyle and food there.
But obiviously, I feel that ration of brain drain is more than people returning back.

Because they r afraid of themselves. Where ever they r they will think of going abroad.

reasons:
1) they dont want to leave their parents
2) they dont like to leave their mother land
3) some of them realise that they wont get that much respect as thay would get here.
