Someone did my taxes on 2003 and I had to pay for the very 1st time in my life. Now I'm thinking about it and I have a feeling they filled it out wrong. Unfortunatly I don't have a copy of my taxes from that year. Is there a way I could check on this?

You can get a copy of your return from the IRS for $39.00. Tax year 2003 is still open for amended returns with refunds until April 15th. You should order that copy immediately as it can take a few weeks to get it. You can get the forms and instructions for 2003 at the IRS website.

Yes. Order a copy of your 2003 tax return from the IRS; they have a form (of course!) to do so. If an amendment is necessary, you have until April 15, 2007 to file it.

You can submit a request for prior years tax preparation and resubmit an adjusted form..
You could possibly get a refund, but you might end up also owing them.
You should prepare a dummy tax form first and if you see it is at your advantage then request and adjustment.
But if you find that you owe more, you might want to handle it now, because if it drags out you will have to pay penalties and interest form the time you originally submitted your Taxes. Interest can be up to 25% or more per year.
