i'm not sure of your question

A would mean conserving it, using less, and having holding tanks, and finding new ways to get fresh water

B would be conserving it like we do, and condensation would be rainfall,

c refers to evaperating-= that's not right

d doesn't make any sense

i would choose B

in California we rely on snow fall and ice melt for our water to fill our resorvoirs, that would be conservation and condenstation.
