I am planning on opening a restaurant, serving unique and specialty dishes. It will be geared towards young working professionals, not formal, but not too casual either.
Please help me choose 3 of your favorite names from the list I've created, rating them (1-3) and let me know why you liked those names. If there are ones that you definitely didn't like let me know why too:

If I may make a suggestion I think you should stay away from the name Atlantis. Bad omen.
You don't want your restaurant to go under like Atlantis did.

To get your potential customers to remember your restaurant name, it's best to choose a short two syllable sound name that rings in your mind when you say it. This makes it easy for anyone to remember the restaurant name.
Hence, the list of names you have maybe too long and difficult to remember. Furthermore, the cost of the sign will be too much based on the number of letters in the name.
From your list, I assumed that you must like the name Atlantis, so why not just simply call the restaurant "ATLANTIS". Good Luck!!

I really like "Pillars of Atlantis" for some reason,
but I think that something like 'The Feast of Atlantis' would
work well too. That way, someone would know from the
title that it has something to do with food. I dont really care
for any of the other ones...maybe Tale of Atlantis, if the
decor would reflect that, or you have a story/poetry night.

I'm not sure why the Atlantis theme, that would be helpful. I would not go with the "myth" because myths are not true. The only name I do like is Mist of Atlantis and only if I'm up for an adventure. The word Mist gives an sense of mystery, but then again who wants mystery food.

If you're going with an Atlantis theme, I suggest triple checking your plumbing. Poetic justice is a *****.
I like Mist of Atlantis, Tale, then just plain Atlantis (not an option).

Personal opinion from looking at them for just a minute...
Myth, Pillars and Tale of Atlantis
These three would give you more space to grow in your company. They describe supporting ideas of Atlantis as opposed to Reign of Atlantis, which to me seems like you would be stuck doing stuffed crabs. That's just what came into my head first.
