Good question!
Hell is described in the Qur'an in a very vivid and frightening way. The mere visualizing of it as described will make your hair standon your skin. Also the Qur'an says that the breadth of Hell is the breadth of the skies and Earth.
Heaven is described in the Qur'an in a vivid and promising way. The mere visualizing of it as described makes your mouth water. Also the Qur'an says that the breadth of heaven is the breadth of the skies and the Earth.
Sound paradoxal? Yes. The only way to resolve this is to think of Hell and Heaven as Sphiric; one inside the other, better yet.. places that exist beyond the scope of our perception, or best yet.. not tangible at all.

Although I realize my beliefs are in the minority of Christians, I believe Heaven and Hell are something that will exist in the future. Hell will exist only during the destruction of the wicked and Heaven will be a recreated earth where the righteous will spend eternity.

Heaven is the Sky. God said that he made the heavens and the earth. Therefore heaven was not the dwelling place where God has always been. The word hell is just a mistranslated, and misused word. Hell means nothing more than the grave.

They are very real places, but not within our dimension I believe. However it does beg to reason, how hell is described as a place of fire and under the earth is basically an oven. But I don't ponder it much because it is not important in points of doctrine whether hell is under the earth or in a spiritual realm or in Detroit.

as a Christian, I see Hell as a place that exists beyond the scope of our perception; a place in the spirit world.
I don't think Jews believe in a Hell as such.....
and what is taught in the islamic faith is not God's truth....
so you will have to stick with the Christian view
I am afraid.

Many Jews believe the afterlife will be here on earth. The sole purpose of the messiah is to bring peace on earth. There is no hell in Judaism -- only a short period of cleansing similar to the Catholic purgatory.

properly i'm getting alongside merely high-quality with the Christians and the Jews.. i think of it incredibly is through novel Muslims, radical Christians, and radical Jews, if it wasn't for the fundamentalists ruining it for us, then it would be o.k.... besides, in maximum international locations at present, all 3 religions stay in peace... EDIT: LMAO on the human beings who suggested Islam isn't from Abraham! sturdy snort..
