Usually it to see what were going to do, if we are going to be negative or positive in situations.
example. your walking down the street, some old lady has a flat, no one wants to change her tire, you have your young son with you, but you feel bad for her, so you change her tire for her.
I heard of many stories, of angels doing things like that. How do you know for sure it's not a test. Angels are among us, that's why we should be careful on what we say to one another, we may be entertaining angels.
By the way there is no spell check for the optional details.... in case I misspell one letter, that some are so concern about.

We should always be kind to others. I believe strongly in angels I have been in many situations where a person is there doing or saying the right action that another can use. I see angels helping others out or giving a hug to a stranger who has just lost a loved one. I see angels stopping and lifting groceries for an elderly person or helping to find a child that is lost in a store. Angels do not come to us when we ask they come to us when we need them. There is always that opportunity to be another person's angel and we should never shirk that responsibility. Thank you for a thought provoking question.

We are not tested by angels. Job was tested by Satan, however at that point he was already in opposition to God. Things happen in this life, and it is certainly nice if one helps someone else in need.

Hebrews 13: 1-6:13 "Let YOUR brotherly love continue. 2 Do not forget hospitality, for through it some, unknown to themselves, entertained angels. 3 Keep in mind those in prison bonds as though YOU have been bound with them, and those being ill-treated, since YOU yourselves also are still in a body. 4 Let marriage be honorable among all, and the marriage bed be without defilement, for God will judge fornicators and adulterers. 5 Let [YOUR] manner of life be free of the love of money, while YOU are content with the present things. For he has said: “I will by no means leave you nor by any means forsake you.” 6 So that we may be of good courage and say: “Jehovah is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”

This is good advice, but it does not say that angels are testing us. We have the Bible and God's commands. We can show our faith, love and appreciation by learning what the will of God is and obeying it.

Matthew 28:19 & 20; "Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded YOU. And, look! I am with YOU all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

Matthew 24: 13 & 14; "13 But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. 14 And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come."

Sure! Isn't life more exciting when you might run into an angel in the grocery store!? I think so! Why not make it even more fun and imagine Johnny Depp is stalking you?
