scratch means nails.
nails do not have a direct link to the bloodstream, they are very hard and solid. unless it was already a bloody doggie nail.. did he scratch you because you chopped his nail while clipping? probably not...
I agree that it is probably not human-canine transferrable, but so long as your blood has not come into contact with your pups blood then you should be ok, unless having hep c can be transferred through other means, saliva, skin etc.
I think your fur baby is ok.
But a free call to the vet wouldn't hurt, so no need to panic about it now.

Nope. Animals cannot contract diseases from humans, and vice-versa. Our immune systems are completely different.
