alrighty then. Me and my boyfriend have been going together for a bit now and I feel as though we're very serious about our relationship recently he got in trouble with his parents(hit his stepdad) and i haven't gotten the chance to see him since. well this guy i met over 2 years ago and i lost contact with got into contact with me again recently( we had relations together) but this was two years before my current beau. Well my new friend has expressed his 'feelings' for me and he has started hitting on me and started making sexual advances towards and I miss my beau alot and I only want him just him. The temptation to cheat is overwhelming.(I already got rid of an ex-friend to get rid of the temptation to cheat/and he was a jerk) and I haven't cheated on my boyfriend. What do I do? also anyone have any advice on how to stay free from cheating on partners?

Don't cheat.Cheating is only a temptation if the person u r with, you do not truly love.I could never imagine cheating on my borfriend,He is the love of my life and my bestfriend. Before you cheat, think about it.Your boyfriend deserves to know that you want be w.someone else.If u want to be with this new dude,at least break it off with your current boyfriend.Noone deserves to be cheated on.He cannot help what is going on w/his parents. If u r considering messing with this dude than you may want think about your relationship, that your feelings are not true enough.Whatever you do,do it in the right way.

I agree with Soulful

I stayed in the situation that tempted me to cheat and I did just that.

I got caught cheating and was forgiven but that is not how it always works out

When you find you have thoughts of cheating, get out of the situation that's causing it.

It's tempting, but in the end choose what feels right.
