Click Start. right click on My Computer. Click Manage. near the bottom of the list on the left side, you'll see Disk Defragmenter.

You can get to your Defrag
1. Start, help and support, look for in a pick a topic click on windows basics.
2. Go to tools,click on disk defragmenter, open disk defragmenter and click on the analyze button!

Right Click on your Drive and click defragment.
Either that, You can go to control panel and then system. Should be there to defrag option.
One thing to note about defragment is that constant defragment is not good for computer. Defragment actually moves certain bits and bytes of files and rearrange them to save or make space. It does speed up the computer alittle, but not as good as you do a memory(ram) clean up and delete your old unused files. Since Defragment won't delete files but move them, there is times when it won't know the importance of the files and after your defragment, some of your programs cannot run. (I experience before)
So, I will suggest that you only defrag if you need more space in your com, when you just install windows. Other than that, if you need more speed, I suggest you do a clean up or buy more ram.
