We just replaced the leak detection pump and the check engine light came back on with a code stating a problem with the leak detection pump. Any answers?

Don't sweat it! It sounds like whatever is the problem is part of the emission control system. By law, the emissions control systems are covered by warranty for 100,000 miles.
Don't try to diagnose this issue. Take it to the dealer and get them to take care of this issue.
