Those crunchies are little pieces of fried batter that has come off of the fish in the fryer. They are not so healthy for you because they are full of grease but it doesn't hurt to indulge every now and then! Go ahead and enjoy!

Just parts of the batter than came off the fish after frying. They're so good because they're salty, full of carbs and fried. They're awful for you...so they taste great! LOL!
