My recipe calls for:
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard, divided
4 teaspoons whole-grain mustard, divided

Would those be dry mustards, like a spice, or mustard I would buy in a jar.

Dijon mustard is sold in a jar as is whole grain mustard. You will need to go to a speciality food store to locate the whole grain mustard as this isn't usually found in the local supermarket.

Dry mustard, Keen's, is mixed with milk or water until it gets to the consistency you like. Typically dry mustard is hot.

Dijon Mustard is in a jar. Just about anywhere. Whole grain mustard is in dry form. Look in health food store.
