When you say "holding onto your Christian values", what exactly do you mean? If you mean the values of compassion and caring for others, those are fully present in Wicca. If you don't realize that, then I'd say you haven't really been Wiccan, but rather a confused Christian who's dabbling in things that, for you, are probably better left alone.
As far as "good magic" goes... all Wiccans are bound by the Wiccan Rede, which states: "An ye harm none, do what ye will." Therefore we cannot cast spells which bring harm to others, although some Wiccan scholars contend that the Rede allows us to work magic in self-defense if we or those we love are threatened. But that's a much bigger discussion than space permits.
It's time for How Witchcraft Works 101. The theory behind the Wiccan practice of witchcraft (at least as I was taught it in my Alexandrian training) is that the universe is a machine where all the parts are connected by Divine energy. For us, God/dess is not "out there" somewhere -- it is in the earth, the trees, the clouds, the food we eat, the very air we breathe. When a Wiccan works magic, they are touching the very soul of the Divine and working with God/dess to affect a change in the world. So the Christian contention that we are "working with the Devil" is, from our point of view, nonsensical: we are, in performing magic, both praying to the supreme life-force that animates the universe and exercising self-determination. Satan has no place in our cosmology: all power flows from the God and the Goddess. Some Wiccans believe that all Gods are aspects of one God, and from that perspective the Wiccan is working with the same source from which the Christian God Himself springs.
You say that Wicca is "a nice religion", but you still want to please your friends. Frankly, it sounds like you're not ready for Wicca, that you are toying with something that you find entertaining and not putting in the hard work, dedication, and commitment that any religion deserves. If you were truly Wiccan (or Buddhist, or Hindu), the harassment of your friends would not sway you from your path. You would know in your heart that it was the right place for you to be.
Wicca is not an easy road. It is a lifelong commitment to learning and study. And it is often a path that is undertaken alone. In Wicca, as in ceremonial magic, there are four strengths: to will, to know, to dare, and to keep silent.
A final word of caution. Magic is not something to be done for amusement. It is a process of setting energies in motion, and whatever you do will come back upon you. Also, magic is literal: if you ask for $2000 to pay a bill without carefully qualifying how you want that to come about, you might suddenly find yourself with a beloved dead aunt who happened to leave you exactly that amount of money. Magic is also virtually impossible without cultivating the technique of focussing your intent. This is something that it takes most people many months, or even years, to properly master.
I do wish you the best of luck on your path, and hope that you will carefully consider your choices.

You can figure it out for yourself-Just try! Since you seem to understand Christan values. I will tell you in this simple fashion just going to church does not make you a good person. It is nice that you are good at astral travel just be careful and not travel too far away until the cord binding your spirit to your body becomes disconnected. That is called death. Nothing to fear it just is. You mean to tell me that you are living on planet Earth and you wonder if there is a hell- yes and a heaven to. I hope that you get some of your confusion cleared up.

Before you go any further with what you right now find to be only fun, may I please suggest that you read Genesis 6 and also take a peek at the Book of Enoch, which give us a clear picture of the origins of magick.

You are talking about still being Christian or holding Christian values. They believe in hell. So perhaps you should stick away from that or believe. you say you still want to worship God, so why not believe what god believes?

Here is what God's word says in the book of 1 Corinthians chater 10 verse 21,22.
You cannot be drinking the cup of Jehovah and the cup of demons; you cannot be partaking of the table of Jehovah and the table of demons. 22 Or are we inciting Jehovah to jealousy? We are not stronger than he is, are we?

All religions are made up; at least being wiccan you don't hurt anybody else. magick is also make-believe, as you may have noticed, just like god.
hell and heaven are made up to scare/entice believers. you're not going to either, no matter what you do, any more than you're going to any of the places in the star wars movies.
you can just play around with wicca, or you could read The God Delusion, learn how religions work, and be free of them forever. email/IM me if you don't have a copy handy.
And whatever you do.. please, no christianity (or islam, for that purpose).

You sure don't sound like you're Wiccan. Wiccans do not worship the christian god. You sound like a confused christian.
There is no hell. So no, I would say you are not going there.
I'm an atheist.

You can't serve two God's. Their is only one God. Witchcraft ether good or bad is from Satan. You will have to choose.
You will have to make a decision

So, you gave up one set of superstitions in favor of another set of superstitions, and you're asking superstitious people if THEIR superstitious nonsense is better or more correct than yours?
Well, good luck in all your endeavors. Please astral-project yourself to Neptune and let NASA know what it's like. I'm sure you'd be a lot cheaper than those expensive space probes they keep building.
