Fruit in the morning only, before noon! Lunch a protein and vegetable (NO FRUIT) Dinner , a protein and vegetable, salad w/olive oil/lemon juice dressing! NO BREAD, Potatoes, Pasta, or SUGAR! No alcohol or butter! 5 or 6 walnuts or almonds between meals as a snack! 8-10 glasses of ice water each day! The colder the better! Green tea, as much as you want ! No soda and no fruit juice after 12:00 noon! You do this, and you will be thrilled with your weight loss! If you "cheat" only, you will pay! God bless and good luck, You can do it!

I suggest not going on ANY diet. All you have to do is to not eat late at night and watch what snacks you eat during the day. The most important thing is to not eat when you're bored. Just try to keep yourself busy which I'm sure wouldn't be hard since you're getting married. There's nothing wrong with wanting to lose a little weight for that special, beautiful wedding dress. But don't do it for your fiance, or just because you feel ugly. B/C 150lbs is not fat...your fiance will love you no matter what weight. And with your past with eating disorders, it would just scare me you starting a diet. I hope everything goes well and congrats on the wedding!

I am sure he fell for you like you are or understands. Stress can cause you to keep the weight on. The best thing that you can do is walk with the kids and cut back on your eating. Drink a lot of water, cut out any soda's and sweet drinks. Always use the stairs, park the furtherest away in parking lots, as long as it is safe. Don't eat before you go to bed. If you don't have time to go to the gym buy pilates and yoga dvd's. You'll notice a big difference fast, especially with your abs. You only have to do it three times a week.

your 150 and beutifuly. the best diet is no diet...but the best thing to do is just to cut your portions in half....eat a 4-5 small meals instead of 3 big ones.
