virtual book?

ok i have images of pages of a comic i wanna know if there is a program out there that lets me put them in a comic book style format on the computer where you can turn the pages back and forth like a real physical book is there a program and where do i get it preferably freeware if possible thnx

I've heard that Adobe Acrobat is able to do page turning effects that could be like an electronic comic book. However, you need to purchase the pro version.
